Just in case you haven’t noticed, our FiberLocator website has a new look! Since we founded FiberLocator, our product has grown and evolved from a single-subscriber SaaS model to a tailored solution set complete with enterprise access, API and even custom platform options. We embarked on a redesign to give visitors a better understanding of all the choices FiberLocator has to offer and to make it easier to access information about our suite of solutions.
For our current FiberLocator subscribers, the “Member Login” button in the top righthand corner of the site still functions the same and takes users to their FiberLocator app login page. You can type in your existing username and password to access it just like always.
We’ve also done some work behind the scenes for our users to create a more interactive site that allows you to manage certain aspects of your account online, including account and billing information. You now have access to a “My Account” feature, which is a separate from your FiberLocator app account. This is where you can manage your billing preferences and information and easily update it when needed.
New users will automatically be prompted to create an account on FiberLocator.com during their checkout process. However, if you’re an existing user that was established before 9/26/14, we can help you set up your account or establish an account for you upon renewal.
