There’s a new face at FiberLocator — and her name is Jaime Mahoney. Jaime joined the NEF team early December as the new Account Manager for FiberLocator. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Marketing from Hofstra University and a background in real estate and medical malpractice law, event planning and wholesale fashion. Jaime’s focus at NEF is on providing legendary client support for FiberLocator as well as streamlining the onboarding and training process for new FLO users. She is always available for live demos/training sessions and can help users navigate Single Snapshot sessions.
We’re excited to have Jaime on board to give our users a proactive resource for their needs and requests. As your Account Manager, Jaime will be your go-to person to answer questions related to the data sets and the online tool as well as facilitate conversations between users and our professional services team on researching and quoting new telecom and colocation projects. She will also be able to connect you to FiberLocator’s team of developers should you have interest in our application programming interface (API). Additionally, she will be available to answer any and all billing related questions and concerns for new and current FLO users.
