There is so much to be thankful for this Thanksgiving season. It didn’t take us long to think of several important things we’re thankful for this year. Here’s our list…
- Users — we’re most grateful for our awesome users, those of you who login and access data to make decisions and do research every day. Thanks for giving us a reason to get so excited about telecom and data center data!
- New carriers & data centers — Without the constant submission of new fiber, lit building and data center data from our valued partners, we wouldn’t be able to provide users with the data they need. Keep the new data coming (shameless plug to upload your data)!
- Old friends — Many thanks to the carriers and providers that have been in FiberLocator for a long time and continue to submit their information to keep everyone up-to-date. (Nudge to get us your updated data!)
- Feedback — Thank you for sending us your constructive – and sometimes brutal – feedback on FiberLocator’s online application, API products and our data in general.
- Referrals — Did you know the best source of new users for FiberLocator is referrals? We are blessed that our users love us and tell others about how awesome our system is.
- Developers — We have an amazing development team that works to make FiberLocator better and better all the time. Hats off to the folks staring at code all day so we can have FiberLocator!
- Support staff — The unsung heroes many times, our amazing support staff is the best in the business at making sure FiberLocator users always have what they need.
- Pro services team — Making connections is one of the smartest ways to do business, and we’ve been increasingly able to provide far better service and smarter solutions to our users by introducing our incredible professional services group. Thanks to our partners in professional services for adding so much value to our users!
